FAQ
Billing
What is a unique ID?
A unique ID is one thing you monitor: a DOT number, a VIN, or a driver. Billing is counted at the DOT and asset level, so each monitored DOT, VIN or driver counts as one unique ID.
How are unique IDs counted?
Only IDs you monitor count. Importing DOTs into All is free and unlimited; an ID counts once you move it to Monitored. Examples: monitoring 1 carrier by its DOT is 1 unique ID. Monitoring that carrier's DOT plus 10 of its VINs is 11 unique IDs. Monitoring 3 drivers on that carrier adds 3 more, for 14. The same ID is counted once, even if it appears in several requests.
Can my unique IDs change month to month?
Yes. Your included IDs are not locked. Remove IDs you no longer need and add new ones, as long as you stay within your tier.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Upgrades take effect immediately, and you are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I pay by card or ACH?
Yes. You can pay by credit or debit card, or by ACH bank transfer from a US bank account. ACH payments can take a few business days to clear, and your plan shows "Payment processing" until they do.
Is there a free trial?
New paid subscriptions start with a standard free 7-day trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. A free trial is available once per company. Both options are a 12-month commitment, beginning after the trial. Cancellation is scheduled from Billing for the commitment end or current billing period end, whichever is later.
Why are some COI requests queued?
Requests are paced so they reach inboxes reliably. Large batches go out over a few days, and you can track every request's status.
What is Titan?
Titan starts at $999+ for 5,000 or more unique IDs. Contact us and we will put together a plan for your volume.
